By using NavCo Solutions's website, booking form, dashboard (authorized users only), or electronic signature links, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide mobile notary and related administrative support in our service area, subject to availability, identification requirements, and applicable Texas notary law. Online booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm by phone, text, or email. Fees shown online are estimates and may change based on travel, after-hours, document complexity, or additional signers.

2. Notarial acts vs electronic signatures

In-person notarial acts require personal appearance, satisfactory evidence of identity, and a commissioned Texas Notary Public. The free electronic signature feature on this site is NOT a notarization, remote online notarization (RON), or application of a notarial seal. Electronic signatures are intended for documents that may be signed under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) rules. Whether a particular document may be signed electronically is the responsibility of the parties and their counsel.

3. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON is offered only when we hold the required Texas online notary commission, use an approved platform, and the transaction is appropriate for RON. Acceptance of RON documents can depend on the receiving institution and jurisdiction. Marketing statements about RON availability do not guarantee that every document or counterparty will accept a RON.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, only upload documents you are authorized to share, and not misuse signing links. Unauthorized access to the owner dashboard is prohibited. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software are owned by NavCo Solutions or its licensors. You retain rights in documents you provide; you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process them solely to provide the requested service and maintain records.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not provide legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
